Read the general professional work overview
A Russell applicant nearing graduation should identify the missing academic fact before ordering documents. Attendance, completion of coursework and conferral of a credential may be evidenced differently; the review must establish the qualification actually required by the listed profession.
Ask a precise question of the institution
Request accurate confirmation of what has been completed and the status of any remaining requirement. A general enrollment letter cannot be silently treated as proof of graduation. Preserve the actual dates and document names.
Match the evidence to the job
The position must involve a listed USMCA profession, and the Canadian or Mexican applicant must meet its own qualification rule. Compare employer duties with the occupation and relevant credentials. Neither an optimistic offer nor experience generally cures a missing required degree.
Update the employment plan if necessary
Tell the employer when a document or qualification is unresolved. Revise the start terms where appropriate and obtain review before relying on travel plans. The evidence should describe the real position and actual qualification, including disclosed ownership and the proper procedural route. TN entry must remain temporary. Providing services to a U.S. entity solely owned or controlled by the applicant is prohibited self-employment; foreign ownership alone is not that bar.
